I notice it happens more often if you chose Natsuki all the way through the first time around. Natsuki's eyes getting blackened out and getting a more realistic mouth randomly during the first day of the glitched version. Such as the screen going static with Yuri's eyes being shown in the static when you are being forced to choose Monkika. They will not happen every time you go through.
